Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original Cozyland packaging or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
